From day one I was walked through my options and guided in selecting the tiles and fittings that not only matched, but on many counts, surpassed the quality of finish that I had wished for. This also goes for the materials that Roger individually supplied. So even though I ended up with a far superior job than I had initially commissioned it didn’t cost a penny more than agreed.
But it wasn’t simply the end result that warrants a recommendation, but the overall experience and the care taken.
The daily mess was minimal and tidied at the end of the working day, with all rubbish continuously removed. With only the occasional deviation from agreed time schedules and very acceptable noise levels I was able to continue my usual practice of working from home. Trust was implicit to the extent that I had no absolutely no qualms about leaving the house in Roger or his teams’ hands.
So, on all accounts I would not hesitate in using his services again or in highly recommending them to anyone else.”
